DATE & VENUE 

We have organised our Winter Wedge 'Major' on Sunday 22nd & Monday 23rd January 2017 at Thorpeness Golf Club.

COST...
We have obtained a rate of £95 per person* for UNLIMITED Golf, a 3-course Dinner, Bed & Breakfast, PLUS a FREE complimentary drink (House wine, beer or soft drink). *This price is based on 2 people sharing a twin or double room. If you want a single room, you will need to pay a £40 supplement.

I paid deposits on 20/12 for 11 people and have received all monies from everyone (thank you very much).

We have 6 twin rooms booked and have paid £30 deposit per person.

£65 balance per person is payable on arrival.

I have booked the only t-times available for each day so we get round before dark. They are:

Sunday 9.32, 9.40 & 9.48am for 9 holes of Texas Scramble. Take a bite to eat on the way around as we then tee off for 18 holes at 12.04, 12.12 & 12.20pm.

Dinner on Sunday is booked for 7.30pm.

COMPETITION & WINNINGS...
Each day we will have 4 Nearest the Pins: Holes 2, 7, 10 & 16
And 2 Nearest the Pin in 2's: Holes 11 & 17

Winner of Skins on Holes 1-18 = 20p from each player
Front 9 highest Stableford pts = £1 from each player
Back 9 highest Stableford pts = £1 from each player
Overall highest Stableford pts = £1 from each player
Nearest the Pin = 50p from each player
Nearest in 2 = 50p from each player
Birdies/Eagles = 50p from each player

Points will be awarded from 12 to 1 (12pts for 1st place & 1pt to the last place) for your placing on each day. In the event of any drawn total points, the count-back ruling will be used.

WINTER RULES...
"Pick, wipe & place" is now in play through the Winter. This is within 6 inches of your marked ball and ONLY ON SHORT MOWN GRASS (ie. fairways, greens and the 1st cut of the green).
